Preorder FAQ
Is my preorder refundable?
Yes. All PGC-01 preorders are 100% refundable any time before your unit enters production. Just email orders@manchine.ai from the address you used when you placed your preorder.
What do I get with my preorder?
Your deposit holds your place in the PGC-01 production queue and unlocks a rebate applied to your final purchase at launch. It also helps us prove that calm, camera-less AI has a place in the world. Full details are on the Preorder page.
When will PGC-01 ship?
We are building carefully, not rushed. Timelines may evolve as we test Guardian Intelligence in real environments. You will receive honest updates as we go, and you'll always have the option to keep your preorder or request a refund before production.
